7/25/2011I've made these for the past two years for my annual Christmas party and they are always a hit! I always make extra to freeze so if I have company at the last minute, I always have a great appetizer!

6/28/2011I've never worked with phyllo dough before and I found it very difficult separating the sheets without tearing them. However, the final product was delicious! Everyone loved them at my book club meeting. I will definitely make it again with a different phyllo brand. Maybe I'll have better luck with a different one.

10/31/2010Excellent filling. I made the triangles ahead of time and froze them after assembling. Yield was 45 total (not 6 dozen). I cut the phyllo in thirds lengthwise, this worked well for making appetizer size little packets of yumminess.

4/12/2009This receipe is exceptional. I've fixed it many times and its always a big hit. I especially like that its a make ahead item & you can freeze them.
I however found that it makes enough for 2 boxes of phyllo/twin packages. I cheat a little and only divide the dough/cut it in half, then fill and after folding I trim about 1/4" off each side, it's much easier & quicker for me.

10/21/2007Excellent! I was wary because I normally and not a big fan of olives but this was spectacular, easy, although time-consuming. Would definitely make again!
