Meaty tasting portabellas stuffed with sautéed zucchini, red pepper, onion, celery, garlic, and savory blue cheese pair nicely with grilled or roasted meats of any kind.

I served these mini-loafs to 10 guests at my Dialog Dinner this past Thursday evening. Results: Excellent - the guests were vying for the remaining loafs. I kept to the Paleo (old) meal theme (pre-domestication, pre-cultivation) except for one ingredient is a bit outside the realm: Tamari.
