Though boneless chicken breasts are ubiquitous, if you want a boneless skin-on breast (perhaps to put a stuffing under the skin), you'll need to bone out the breast yourself. Fine Cooking's test kitchen manager demonstrates how to neatly remove the bone from a split chicken breast.
