How to Bone a Turkey Thigh

Removing turkey thigh bones is not difficult once you know the technique. Watch the video to learn how to use the tip of a sharp boning knife to cut close to the bone, while removing as little meat as possible.

Stuffed turkey thighs are a great way to do Thanksgiving flavors on a smaller scale. But, before you can stuff the turkey thighs, they need to be free of bones, and most are sold bone-in. In this video, Test Kitchen expert Nicki Sizemore shows you how to use a sharp boning knife to bone-out a turkey thigh yourself.
