This is one of my go to recipes when I need a dessert that is relatively easy to make, refreshing and pretty. I usually add some fruit to the top, a few raspberries or blueberries. It is definitely better the day it is made, the top gets a little dry and deflated the following day.
I don't really have any criticism for this recipe, but I don't think my guests particularly enjoyed it. All I have to say is "meh". It's worth trying, but I probably won't make it again.
