  • 2 Tbs. hot chili powder
  • 2 Tbs. dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. five-spice powder
  • 1 Tbs. ground fennel seeds
  • 1 Tbs. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. dried red chile flakes

Preparation
