Quite yummy and easy to make. I used heirloom Idared apples, nice and tart and held their shape well.
I used bone-in pork chops and granny smith apple. I also mistakenly used apple cider vinegar instead of apple cider. But it turns out great!!! I will definitely make this again and again, maybe try to use apple cider too as the original recipe. But I'm super happy with the mistake and I have a feeling I will like this version more
