We loved it, but I would either use less Habanero or a Jalapeo instead. It was just too much heat for me.
i highly recommend this recipe! I cooked it last weekend for some friends and at the end of the meal everyone wanted the recipe. It was flavorful, interesting and very easy. The addition of the bean puree helped ensure a nice consistency to the liquid without a long period of cooking. i will definitely do this again.
I would give this 6-stars if that were an option. It is the best chicken chili I've ever tasted. I must confess, however, that I was forced to make one substitution; I cannot eat habanero peppers, so I had to use a jalapeo instead. If you can't take food that's too spicy, do not hesitate to use a jalapeo in this recipe. It was SO good.
Easy to prepair and very tasty.
