I don’t need too much convincing to try some cheese but when I read Kirstin Jackson’s latest post on It’s Not You, It’s Brie I was especially intrigued. Apparently it’s Winnimere season and now I want to have some! It’s made with raw winter cow’s milk and, according to Kirstin, tastes of the woods, fresh butter, and bacon. Did I mention that’s it’s soft and gooey? Hungry yet?
