Revol’s zoomorphic ceramic poultry baker combines function with its charming form: The high sides are meant to reflect heat back on the chicken that roasts inside it, helping to crisp the skin. Meanwhile, the “beak” is actually a spout for pouring off the roasting juices to make a pan sauce. Right now, it comes in white only, but will be available in different colors at Sur La Table this fall.
