Whatamelon Cocktail
Refreshing watermelon: As fun to drink as it is to eat, as long as you get the seeds out first. Today’s watermelon cocktail recipe comes from a San Francisco bartender, H. Joseph Ehrmann, owner of the bar Elixir.
The recipe calls for cucumber vodka, but Ehrmann says it can also be mixed with blanco tequila, cachaca, or pisco. Or it can be made with no alcohol at all (see the second recipe).
