
Caterer Tasha DeSerio gave me this easy idea for avocado toast, and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since—especially when I get home from work and am too tired to make anything else. I mash an avocado, spread it on slices of toasted crusty bread, sprinkle with sea salt, and drizzle with good-quality olive oil.
