All of Peterson's Books are 5 Star
Many baking books lack proper organization. Peterson's books are all well organized, they contain accurate information, and no BS. Either one of the first two findings rate three stars with me and a book that meets all three of these quality standards and one in which the recipes work; well, to me, that's a 5 star book - a book I can recommend.
