Two-sided frittata pans are a great way to flip your frittata without the fear of it landing on the floor. But since the two sides of the pan are usually attached with a hinge, they’re a bit of a one-trick pony. Not so with Calphalon’s frittata pan set: The two skillets have interlocking handles, so they join easily for flipping duty, but then separate to serve as two great nonstick skillets. Use the deeper one for stir-fries and sautes, the shallow one for pancakes or crepes.
