What’s your favorite type of cuisine? I know mine is Mexican food; I love the spices and variety of flavors you get in any Mexican dish. One thing I miss about living in Southern California is the amazing Mexican food; my trips back to the Golden State are not complete without at least a couple of meals at a Mexican restaurant. Whether it’s the place owned by a family friend, a hole-in-the-wall place in Pasadena, or a favorite chain-restaurant, my family never misses an opportunity to get authentic Mexican food when visiting the rest of our family in Los Angeles.
