You can use phyllo dough nearly anywhere you would use pastry dough for a lighter, more healthful dish–like this classic Chicken Pot Pie. Phyllo dough consists of paper-thin sheets of dough that are brushed with oil and layered to form a flaky crust in both sweet and savory dishes. It can be found in the freezer section at the supermarket, and it usually needs to be thawed overnight before using. When you lay it out to work with it, keep it covered with a moistened towel so it doesn’t dry out.  It can be found in the freezer section at the supermarket, and it usually needs to be thawed overnight before using.
