I have to admit, I have never considered eating turkey burgers before. Maybe it’s because I grew up in a family of mostly men who love their red meat; if I suggested a turkey burger I might get weird looks. The idea of preparing a burger with something other than beef always seemed like blasphemy in my house.

But then I saw Jessica’s post on The Novice Chef about her Greek Turkey Burgers. I have to admit, a healthy, non-beef burger has never sounded so good to me. Maybe all of you beef-lovers out there can try something new when you pull out your grill. And when you do, show us what you made by entering your recipe in the Grill-lympics. If you enter a burger or hot dog recipe by Sunday, July 24, you could win a Looftlighter plug-in fire starter by firecraft.com!
