Asian Marinade
Amy, creator of Food Wonk, explains how this recipe for Grilled Baby Back Ribs allows you to prepare ribs on the grill without the risk of drying them out.
The key, she says, is to first “bake the ribs at a low temperature in the oven and then finish them on the grill with a bit of smoke.” She suggests baking the ribs with beer as a sure-fire way to keep them tender and add another layer of flavor. For a little pazazz, try Amy’s flavorful rubs/marinades: Jamaican Jerk Rub, Coffee and Ancho Chile Rub, and Asian Style Marinade.
Thanks for sharing these with us, Amy!

Thanks! I started cooking with wine but once we started brewing our own beer, I started cooking more and more with beer. I am really pleased with the results.
I agree with you about the beer, it's a must. These look great!
