How to heat your pasta bowls

Pasta dishes, are best served piping hot. This is easy to do if you heat the serving bowls. A few minutes before the pasta is done cooking, ladle some of the boiling pasta water into the bowls. Then, when you’re ready to plate the pasta, just pour out the water and quickly towel-dry the heated dishes.
