Getting a tart out of its pan can be an awkward maneuver, especially if you’re working with a crumbly shortbread crust, like the Strawberry Shortbread Tart with Orange-Ricotta Cream. To make it easier, place the pan on an inverted bowl and use two hands to carefully wiggle the edge of the pan away from the tart.
