We’re making it easy for you to connect with experts on all things Thanksgiving: Join Laurie Buckle, the staff of Fine Cooking, and esteemed guests Dorie Greenspan and Abby Johnson Dodge for our first annual Thanksgiving Tweetup. The Tweetup will be held this Friday, November 5, from 3:30 – 4:30 EST.

We’re taking all of your Thanksgiving and turkey questions and covering those perennial topics you want to know most about, like how to roast a turkey, the best way to ensure even cooking, how to turn pan juices into an amazing gravy, and how to make tender, buttery pie crust. We’re putting all our best tips and techniques out there—in 140-character increments, of course—and sharing lots of links to help you own Thanksgiving 2010. We’ll even Tweet out a few ideas for (gasp!) turkey-less alternatives.

And yes, this is one of those cases where no question is too dumb to ask (not when a moist bird or perfect pumpkin pie is at stake!). Even cooks who host Thanksgiving every year—with great success—will learn something from our experts and from each other.

Join us Friday at 3:30, use the hashtag #FCdish, and loose that turkey hotline you’ve got on speed dial. We’ve got you covered this year.
