I have only been to Italy once, on business. Guess what, an Italian office looks just like an American one. I have always wanted to go back, but just haven’t had the chance.
Fine Cooking‘s own Melissa Pellegrino and her husband Matt Scialabba are working on the sequel to their first book, The Italian Farmer’s Table, and traveling to all sorts of exciting places in southern Italy. Through their blog, The American Farmer’s Table, I get to live vicariously through them and even cook the recipes they cook!
This post about a yummy almond dessert, plus a great picture of someone’s old aunt making it caught my eye and made me wish I were there.
