We’ve got macarons on the brain these days–you know, the classic French cookies? We’ve been tasting and testing them for months (see our current issue, where we’ve got a blowout feature story on macarons from Boston-pastry chef Joanne Chang.) And then today, I came across this brilliant recipe at the blog Gourmantine: chocolate macarons with luscious salted butter caramel. What a filling! The photo alone is to die for–can’t wait to try the recipe.
