I became addicted to chicken curry about a year ago. Ever since then, I’ve actually had to limit the weekly chicken patia deliveries to my dorm room. Recently, my boyfriend and I decided to try to make our own chicken curry, and it was amazing. It took forever, but it was so worth it because it tasted better than the curry from our favorite Indian restaurant.
But no Indian restaurant experience is complete without a mango lassi. That’s why Denise from Chez Us has really come through for me. Her mango lassi recipe will complete my next at-home Indian food endeavor.
Have your own Indian food night at home: try Fine Cooking’s South Indian Chicken Curry. Don’t worry, this recipe doesn’t take forever, and it incorporates a fragrant spice mix of coriander, fennel, cumin, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and turmeric. In other words, it’s heaven for Indian food lovers like me. Make Denise’s mango lassi to accompany it; you’ll be glad you did.

Thanks for featuring our mango lassi. It would be a great addition to an Indian inspired dinner. Cool. Creamy. Flavorful.
