Getting a tax refund this year? Check out our “Rich Man’s Menu,” which includes our most indulgent recipes incorporating caviar, truffled chicken, chocolate, and champagne. If you’re writing a check to Uncle Sam, don’t worry, we’ve got a delicious menu for you too. It’s built around our Tuscan Peasant Soup (if you have to be a peasant, may as well be a Tuscan one!).

The Perfect Way to Spend Your Tax Rebate

If your accountant had good news for you this year, spend that rebate wisely, but be sure to reward yourself with an all-out splurge of a meal. How often to you get the chance to make Deviled Quail Eggs with Caviar? Indulge yourself; you’ve earned it!

End up owing the government this year? That’s all right; we’ve got a menu for you too. . .

A Meal That Won’t Break the Bank

You triple-checked the math, and you still owe Uncle Sam. Don’t sweat it. We’ve got a menu that’s hearty, delicious, and dirt cheap. Speaking of dirt, this menu starts off with a dandelion salad, a totally free source of fresh greens! The soup is a favorite of ours (and the community’s, given its five-star rating) and you can use the leftover bread from the breadcrumbs in your recipe for Bread & Butter Pudding. Waste not, want not, right?

To drink, you’ll need a strong coffee for those extra hours you’ll have to put in at work, or better yet, have a beer to take the sting out of writing the check.
