Honey’s sweetness makes an ideal foil to salty hard or blue cheeses (check it out on our Italian Cheese Platter), and serving it on the comb gives it some form so it can stand on a plate (though best to choose one with a rim). The comb also adds a bit of delicious crunch when spread on a cracker.
