I’ve had caramel on the brain of late. Seems everyone I bump into tells me about a killer caramel sauce they just made, a salted caramel dessert enjoyed at a restaurant, or some delectable chews they ate in Paris (and aren’t available stateside; sorry!).
So when I came across this post by blogger Heather Baird at Sprinkle Bakes (love the blog name!) I knew this would be my next project. Not only do these caramels hit the sweet and salty notes I love so much, but they also include beer. And they look incredibly cool as well.
Once this insane hot weather lifts, I’ll be breaking out my candy thermometer.
