By slicing boneless chicken breasts on an angle and searing the slices over medium-high heat, you can cook chicken in about six minutes and still get lightly golden brown and juicy results. To jazz up the simple chicken, make a sauce in the same sauté pan, and you can have a satisfying dinner on the table in 20 to 30 minutes.
