Super-sharp, photo-etched rasp graters are already a brilliant addition to the kitchen, but Cuisipro has added a few worthy improvements to their line of rasps, about $13 each. First, the cutting edge is etched on both sides of the rasp, which creates an edge that stays sharp longer. The rasps also have clear plastic covers, which can snap onto the back of the rasp and collects and holds the zest, cheese or ginger as you grate. Even better: the covers are marked with teaspoon and tablespoon measures, so you can see instantly how much you’ve grated.
