OK, I know I blogged just last week about my recent love affair with farro. And here I am again, sharing a recipe for a mushroom and farro soup. But afterall, it’s Soup Week and my farro craving has yet to abate, so sue me. Or, get into the kitchen and make this incredibly delicious soup from Smitten Kitchen, one of my all-time favorite bloggers. It’s got dried porcinis and fresh mushrooms, farro, sherry… all good things! You’re sure to forgive me for being repetitive once you’ve tasted it.
