Store herbs for long refrigerator life

To keep herbs, I sprinkle them lightly with cold water, wrap them in a paper towel, put them in a plastic bag, breathe in to the bag to blow it up, and seal the bag tightly. The extra air seems to give the herbs a booster shot of energy.
