Once July hits, we can’t resist incorporating juicy summer berries into just about every dish imaginable. That’s why we love the collection of berry recipes put together by our friends at Colavita, which will basically give you an excuse to eat berries for breakfast (blueberry and oat polenta pancakes), lunch (farro salad with strawberries), and dinner (grilled salmon and asparagus with berry sauce). Oh, and don’t miss the decadent berry-topped chocolate tart for dessert. Colavita has paired the recipes with Fine Cooking’s own tips on choosing and storing berries (and canning what you can’t eat right away) in their Summer Pantry Guide.
