
Beautiful mixed baby beets
When it comes to food, everybody has their likes and dislikes, but I firmly believe that the cause of a food aversion is often just never having had that food prepared well. Case in point: Blogger G. of Kiss My Spatula was a card-carrying member of N.A.B.A. (that’s the National Anti-Beet Association, for those of you not in the know). Then, one day, several bunches of baby beets mysteriously appeared in her fridge, and she decided to give them one last try.
