I’ve found a solution to the usual seasonal conundrum of picking up a hot cooked turkey to either flip or transfer to a cutting board. I put on my usual quilted oven mitts and place plastic bags over them. I can easily pick up and turn the turkey and place it back on the rack as well as take it fully cooked out of the oven and place it onto the cutting board. It is easy to handle and my mitts are kept clean.
