This week brought me to Manhattan, where I learned more about bloomy rind French cheeses and the women who love them.
Here’s a close-up. Tres delicieux!
If this test kitchen looks unfamiliar, it’s because it’s not ours. Our friends at Bon Appetit were kind enough to show me their new digs. Not bad, huh?
But it was nice to be back in the FC kitchen, where Juli snips some kale.
She’s got to work fast. This garlic won’t wait much longer.
