It was a good week to be a Fine Cooking editor. We hobnobbed with some of the coolest chefs (and foodies!) in California at Eat Drink SF 2014. We’re still recovering, but we can’t wait to do it again next year.

The Ramen Workshop was a huge success. Thank you, Thy Tran (right) for letting us post your recipe for Homemade Ramen Noodles on our site! As part of the workshop, Chef Paul Piscopo of Pabu and The Ramen Bar demonstrated Chef Ken Tominaga‘s (left) legendary ramen broth.
Speaking of drinks, Duskie Estes (left) chef-owner of zazu kitchen + farm, clinks glasses with mixologist Carla Gassner of Cotogna after they taught a class on brunch cocktails at Eat Drink SF.
One of our marketing managers, Erin, and Denise can’t believe all that’s left of our Summer Tomato Jam and goat cheese biscuits is this little pile of biscuits on the final day of Eat Drink SF. If you missed out on our samples, you’ll just have to make your own (twisting your arm, we know).
