While most people were polishing off leftover Thanksgiving pie, Juli had to start anew, testing this one for a spring issue.
Her crimping technique, clearly practiced over the holiday, was impeccable.
A day later, she took a torch to the whole thing. (Don’t worry, that’s part of the recipe.)
The test kitchen is fully in springtime mode, with Julia blending a fresh, minty pesto.
Ronne wields her trusty tweezers to style this cake for a cover shoot.
