This week we put final touches on some favorite recipes, like these potatoes Julia’s smashing…
And these garlicky shrimp Abby is plating.
With snowy, sleety weather outside, we relished the comfort food. The test kitchen crew was happy not to grill this week!
But there were plenty of sweet moments, like celebrating Juli’s birthday with warm brownie sundaes.
And a visit from one of our good friends and authors, Abby Dodge. One of each, please.
In fact, we had so many desserts that Tinsley couldn’t even finish hers. She said that doesn’t happen often, so she wanted to document it.
For the more salt-craving FC editors, though, this jamon Iberico de bellota straight from Spain was the real treat.
