We were all glad to have a long weekend, but it meant Juli had to double up on recipe testing when we got back. Hand in too many pots?
Kathleen was there to help her, topping burritos assembly-line style.
They even got a pastrami smoked before the temperture plummeted and the wind picked up.
Testing wasn’t all that was going on in the kitchen. Here, Brittany selects props for a cover shoot.
Finally, on Friday, Juli and Abby got around to opening this big box of goodies to test out in the kitchen.
