Normally our grill master, Juli tried her hand at indoor smoking this week, due to chilly temperatures outside. If the stovetop smoker she’s using looks familiar, it’s probably because it was featured in last issue’s Go Shopping department.
Most of our recipes call for unsalted butter (on the right), but when we get to use salty Irish Kerrygold, we’re a little enchanted by it’s bright color.
Our new test kitchen intern, Kathleen, started this week, and jumped right in, scrubbing oysters. We’re glad to have her on board!
While some people would hide the fact that they ate lollipop’s at 9:30 a.m., we saw it as a selfie opportunity.
Finally, during a half-day shoot, olive oil-styling got very scientific.

Okay, I bought one of those smokers too-- usually I totally skip the Go Shopping section. Do you remember Rosemary? She ordered one too! I made great baby back ribs-- and my current project is homemade kielbasa. So hey, Juli-- tell us what you're smoking!
