We tested a lot of pizza recipes this week, which was great for the editors, who were on deadline shipping the issue, but less great for Juli.
Luckily she had a spare, so we could eat more pizza. Sometimes our carbs need carbs.
Chris ran his eagle eyes over our April/May pages one last time, both in hard copy and onscreen.
Juli, as always, had a lot to juggle, but she took a moment to actually juggle, a talent we didn’t know she had!
At the end of the week, when the magazine was out, I took a moment to savor Juli’s excellent Cuban coffee down in the test kitchen.
