We got this lovely bouquet of BroccoLeaf. The packaging made Denise think it would be flowers. She was a bit confused by the actual contents.
Juli, on the other hand, couldn’t be more excited by this shipment of kitchen supplies.
This gnocchi recipe eschews labor-intensive shaping for little balls, which Juli likes. The rest of us were pretty excited about the light, fluffy texture.
Julia has a little fun playing with this lobster after it emerges from a morning steam bath.
With the deadline looming to ship our December/January issue, poor Chris is buried under a mountain of orange packages. Consider this a sneal preview of our holiday issue.
A semi-vegetarian, Chris is probably the only person on staff who’s OK with missing out on these beautiful double pork chops.
Juli seasons the chops before stuffing them. You’ll have to wait to see what happens next.
