One of my secrets to eating well and staying healthy is having any food I want. Truly, nothing is off limits to me: chocolate cake, pork sausage; butter on warm crusty bread, burgers and pizza….my list of decedent indulgences is endless. But here’s the thing: when it comes to these riches I just have a little, so light and fresh is still the majority of what I eat each day.

That’s why I am so hooked on mini. From the sliders served in nearly every restaurant these days to two-bite brownies that hit the spot perfectly after a meal, mini food lets you have exactly what you want without overdoing it. In the latest issue of Fine Cooking, I share my favorite mini pizza recipe with you.
