Drinking wine seems surrounded by rules, etiquette, weird rituals, and some very fancy and obscure language. If you don’t know much about wine, it makes you nervous and full of questions you don’t quite have the nerve to ask out loud. But as you begin to learn about wine, you realize that what you need to do is understand a few basic facts and then continue your education by drinking wine.
