We’re big fans of blogger, cookbook author, and Italian food expert Domenica Marchetti, whose delicious recipes often grace our pages. In a recent blog post, Domenica tells us that in her family, “you’re only as good as your last batch of meatballs,” so she’s always fiddling with her recipe. Lucky for us, because she recently came up with this inspired (and absolutely delicious-sounding) meatball recipe using soujouk spice, an Armenian spice blend. (What’s more, it’s fun to get inside her head as she explains how she came up with the idea, and the process behind developing the recipe.) My Armenian husband is going to be very, very happy when I make these.
