Currently the editorial intern here at Fine Cooking, I am also a junior at Quinnipiac University where I am studying print journalism.

Food has always been a major part of my life. I grew up with a garden in my backyard and an Italian grandmother a few steps beyond it. I have also been lucky enough to inherit a raging sweet tooth from my mother, which explains why I try to sneak chocolate into every meal.

Thanks to my study abroad experience with Semester at Sea, my tastebuds have opened up to a whole new world of flavors, spices, and sensations. I love continuing my exploration in the Fine Cooking test kitchen.
