For many of us, Super Bowl parties mean one thing: wings. Buffalo wings are the classic, of course, but we’ll happily snack on any iteration that’s spicy, sweet, or stickily sauced. Grilled wings are a favorite, but if it’s too cold where you live to break out the grill, many of these recipes can be made in the broiler or even the slow cooker.

Slow-Cooker Asian Barbecue Wings
Even if it’s not a game day, you’ve still got game in the kitchen when you make this finger-licking, umami-laden take on chicken wings. Southeast Asian Chicken Wings
A total departure from Buffalo, these grilled wings are marinated in a mix of coconut milk, fish sauce, lemongrass, and sweet chili sauce. The look may be unusual, but using a skewer to stretch out your chicken wings increases the amount of exposed skin that can crisp up during cooking, as well as absorb the marinade and smoky flavors from the grill. -
