Part of speedy weeknight meal planning is judiciously choosing your convenience foods. Pre-sliced cabbage or coleslaw mix is a great choice (used in two recipes this week: spicy shrimp tacos and turkey reubens), because it keeps well once cut. Of course, if you prefer you can buy a head of cabbage and shred it yourself.
