What is it?

Rigatoni are a wide, ridged, tube-shaped pasta. Their large holes capture pieces of meat and vegetables in sauces, and their ridges provide even more texture for sauces to cling to. Rigatoni are ideal for sauces that are thick or chunky and are also a good choice for baked pasta dishes.

Don’t have it?

You can substitute other short, tube-shaped pasta like penne.

How to prep:
