What is it?

About 6 inches long, wide, and flat, this type of green bean has a meaty, mild, somewhat grassy-tasting seed. It can also be yellow or purple, and is stringless, making for easy access to its tender seeds. Best when lightly cooked, braised, or stir-fried.
